Sam H. Smith is a former journalist turned professional writer and editor.

Sam’s journalism has appeared in Metro, CBC, Vancouver Sun, The Province, Megaphone Magazine, Kansai Scene, Tri-City News, and more.

Sam’s writing and editing has appeared for VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, Dr. Bonnie Henry (speech writing), Wildlife Rescue Association, and Horizon DataSys. He has also edited authours manuscripts by published authour Lucia Mann and others. He has helped provide editing for print publications such as Megaphone Magazine.

Sam is obsessed with untangling and understanding story structures, and is always looking for the heart of the subject.
